Winter school registration

Organizing committee of the Iranian-Austrian winter school are pleased to invite all Iranian PhD students who are familiar with the numerical analysis, scientific computing and mathematical modeling to apply for attending the Iranian-Austrian winter school on “From biophysical modeling to simulation codes”.

Registration for the Iranian-Austrian winter school is open from December 5th, 2018 to January 10th, 2019.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SCHOOL

• IUT Students

Each IUT PhD student can be registered by filling in the primary registration form (click here to download the primary registration form) and sending it to the email address iaws19@math.iut.ac.ir. Based on a reasonable amount of student’s background and potential along the goals of school, every selected student will be informed by email within one week.

Note: This winter school is not recommended for the IUT master and bachelor students.

• Visiting Students

Based on some limitations, at most twenty-five visiting PhD students will be admitted. Enrolment in the Iranian-Austrian winter school for visiting students has several steps.
First of all, you have to do a primary registration (click here to download the primary registration form). In fact, in primary registration, you have to send us a resume of yourself to the email address iaws19@math.iut.ac.ir. Based on a reasonable amount of student’s background and potential along the goals of school, every selected student will be informed by email within one week.
Finally, each selected student has to pay the registration fee and send a copy of the payment bill (receipt of the payment bill must be given to the reception desk) via email. For lodging and meal reservation, it is enough to send an email.

Note: Once we receive an email from you we will send a confirmation email to you.

Registration fee is 2,000,000 Rials just for registration costs (not included lodging and meal costs), winter school dinner and all breaks. The registration fee is nonrefundable. For paying the fee, you need the deposit ID 371071861115400000000000000527 and the account number 4001071803022757 with SHABA: IR860100004001071803022757 (Markazi BANK).
